1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zero7 ("the Platform"), operated by Heiberg Industries AS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Zero7 is an AI-powered marketing platform that provides:

  • Marketing analytics and insights through integrated data sources
  • AI-powered recommendations and automated workflows
  • Campaign management and optimization tools
  • Human-in-the-loop approval systems for campaign changes
  • Reporting and performance monitoring

3. Account Registration

To use Zero7, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate, complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter this agreement

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Zero7 offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Platform to harm others or their businesses
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform beyond normal API usage
  • Circumvent any access restrictions or rate limits

6. Third-Party Integrations

Zero7 integrates with third-party services including Google (Analytics, Ads, Search Console), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Slack. By connecting these services:

  • You authorize us to access data according to granted permissions
  • You confirm you have authority to connect these accounts
  • You agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
  • You understand we may make changes to connected accounts with your approval

We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

7. AI and Automation

Zero7 uses artificial intelligence to provide recommendations and automate workflows. You acknowledge that:

  • AI recommendations are suggestions and may not always be optimal
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving significant changes
  • Automated actions require human approval for campaign modifications
  • We do not guarantee specific results from AI-driven recommendations

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of Zero7 is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to data collection and processing as described therein.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Platform services.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Heiberg Industries AS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee any specific marketing results, revenue increases, or campaign performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEIBERG INDUSTRIES AS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heiberg Industries AS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
  • You may request export of your data within 30 days
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
